Introduction

Welcome to Umrah4laborworkers Tourism Co LLC (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the sale of Umrah packages where the purchaser (“Purchaser”) pays for the package, but the beneficiary (“Beneficiary”) is selected by the Company. By purchasing an Umrah package from the Company, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

Package Details

The 8-day Umrah package includes UAE labor worker application processing, Saudi visa, bus transportation between the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, transportation within Saudi Arabia, hotel accommodation in Madinah (2 nights) and Makkah (3 nights), Ihram clothing, and other services as required by the Company. The exact details of the package will be provided to the Beneficiary at the time of selection. The Company reserves the right to amend the details and components of this package as it sees fit.

Selection of Beneficiary and Transaction Execution

The Company reserves the sole right to select the Beneficiary for the Umrah package. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they have no influence or control over the selection process. Once a beneficiary is selected by the Company, we will typically contact you via email to inform you of the trip departure dates. Once the beneficiary departs on the Umrah trip, the sale transaction between the Purchaser and the Company will be considered executed and complete. There is no time limit between which the Purchaser makes a purchase and when the Beneficiary departs on the trip. Timing of Travel

The timing of the Beneficiary’s travel is at the sole discretion of the Company and is subject to the Company’s scheduling and logistical capabilities and discretion. The Company will inform the Beneficiary of the travel dates in a timely manner.

Non-Transferability

The Umrah package is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or sold to another party by the Purchaser. The package is specifically for the Beneficiary chosen by the Company.

Cancellation and Refunds

– By the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel the Umrah package at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Purchaser will be entitled to a full refund.

– By the Purchaser: The Purchaser may not cancel the Umrah package after purchase. No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the Purchaser.

Liability

– The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Beneficiary during the travel.

– The Company will not be liable for any delays or changes in the travel schedule due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or airline strikes.

– The Company reserves the right to set the date and timing of travel as it sees fit.

– The Company is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred by the Beneficiary during the travel.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Beneficiary must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. The Company is not liable for any legal issues or violations committed by the Beneficiary.

Health and Safety

The Beneficiary must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the travel. The Company is not liable for any health-related issues that may arise before, during, or after the travel.

Insurance

The Saudi visas procured to the Beneficiary will typically include travel insurance as part of the Umrah package.

Indemnification and No Liability Disclaimer

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the purchase and use of the Umrah package.

By using this website to make payments, you acknowledge that all payments are made at your own discretion. We do not accept any responsibility for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any impersonation of our social media accounts or websites. Please note that this website and our officially linked social media accounts are the only authorized channels of communication and service.
